What this form collects

We collect the contact details you provide, your preferred response method, city, vehicle details, damage description, optional photos and your contact and optional email-marketing choices. We record the time, consent wording and version with your request.

How we use it

Alpha Hail Repair uses your request to review possible hail or paintless dent repair, respond by your chosen method and discuss related repair scheduling. Checking the separate optional email-marketing box allows occasional news and offers by email. It is not required for service. Marketing text enrollment is not offered here.

Photos and storage

Photos are optional. Avoid faces, license plates, personal documents and unrelated information. Accepted images are resized and re-encoded to remove embedded metadata, including location metadata. Your request and processed photos are stored in private files on Alpha Hail Repair’s Namecheap hosting account, outside the public website folder. Please do not upload highly sensitive information.

Request notifications

Our Namecheap hosting mail service emails your request details and processed photos to Chris at chris@alphahail.com so Alpha Hail Repair can review and respond. Copies are kept in the company’s email account and in private hosting storage; photos are not published as public links. If a photo cannot be attached safely or exceeds the email size limit, the request details are still emailed and our operator can review the private hosting copy. This does not send a marketing email or text message to you.

Private lead follow-up

We also email a separate text-only notification containing your name, contact details, vehicle and request reference to the same company inbox. This notification is for our n8n automation to add those text fields to Alpha Hail Repair’s private Google Sheets lead board for service follow-up. The separate notification contains no photos, photo links or free-form damage notes. It does not enroll you in marketing or send you an automated message.

Source information and cookies

This form records approved campaign labels in its current URL and the referring website’s hostname, when available. It does not save the full referrer URL, advertising click IDs or unrelated query parameters. We do not identify anonymous visitors or recognize you across later visits. A temporary first-party session cookie protects the form from misuse and avoids duplicate submissions. No advertising cookie, fingerprint or external visitor-identification service is part of this module.

Abuse protection

For rate limiting, a short-lived one-way value derived from the connection address is kept separately from requests and reset on the next submission after a ten-minute window. Raw IP addresses and browser fingerprints are not added to your request. The hosting provider may keep its own standard access and security logs.

Retention and your choices

Requests are flagged for review after 90 days. This is a review date, not automatic deletion. The review covers private hosting records, related email copies and any linked private lead-board entry; records needed for an active repair or another legitimate obligation may be kept longer. Contact Alpha Hail Repair at 417-299-8306 to ask about your request, correction or deletion, or to withdraw optional email-marketing permission. Marketing messages, if sent, must include an unsubscribe option.
